Mashed Potato Bowls

continuing my lazy cook/picky eater series, tonight’s dinner is a mashed potato bowl! these are my boyfriend’s go-to order at kfc, so i knew he’d enjoy having them at home. the great thing about this meal is that it’s highly customizable, so it can be dressed up or down to anybody’s preference! i p
